Is Your UnIt Under Warranty or Extened Warranty?
If your appliance is under warranty, you must call the Manufacturer or Retailer directly first to schedule an appointment. You can request Pro Techs Refrigeration, LLC to be your Servicer. The appliance is under Manufacturer Warranty if it is less than 1 year old. You also may have an Extended Warranty through a Retailer such as Home Depot, Lowes, or Home Warranty.
