It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these General Terms and Conditions of Service, prior to allowing our technician to commence work. By visiting our website, scheduling a Service Call, confirming an appointment, approving a service call or repair, or allowing our technician to commence service constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions detailed herein. 


All appliances with a refrigeration system must be plugged in and turned on for at least 24 hours prior to technicians arrival. Examples of refrigeration systems include: Ice Machines, Refrigerators, Wine Coolers and Freezers. Please have a clear path to the appliance. The appliance must be installed and have power/water hooked up. 


If your appliance is not under warranty, a flat rate Service Call Fee is charged for trip and diagnostic. You will then receive an estimate including Labor and Parts that you can approve or deny. If you approve the estimate, we will schedule a follow up with you when the parts arrive to complete the service.


The initial Service Call fee is a one time flat rate. When our Technician returns to repair the appliance you are only charged for parts, labor and sales tax. 


A discounted Service Call fee will be charged for each additional appliance and listed on your estimate and final invoice.  


Once you approve an estimate, a Service call or Job will be scheduled. 


We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. 


The Service Call covers you for 30 days after the unit is repaired relating to that specific issue. If a new issue arises for this unit, that is not covered under the 30 day guarantee. 


We will contact you shortly to schedule a date and time for a Service Call.

If your appliance is under Warranty or Extended Warranty, you must first call the Manufacturer or Retailer directly to schedule an appointment. You can request Pro Techs Refrigeration, LLC to be your Servicer. 


If the appliance is less than 1 year old it should be covered by a warranty and you must contact the manufacturer first.  Extended Warranty: If you purchased an extended warranty through a retail (ie. Home Depot, Lowes etc.) you must contact the retailer first.
